Signature Global unveils plans to invest around Rs 1,200 crore in housing projects
Real estate major Signature Global has unveiled plans to invest Rs 1,000-1200 crore per year to purchase land for the development of housing projects. The firm's chairman said that housing demand has been very strong in the past two years across all segments, be it affordable, mid-income, premium, luxury, or super luxury and they eye to encash that.
Recently the company launched a new luxury housing project in Gurugram with an investment of Rs 2,200 crore and sold the entire project, comprising 1,008 units for Rs 3,600 crore.
