South Indian actress buys new apartmnet worth over Rs 31 crores in Chennai
Popular South Indian actress Nayanthara and her husband, Vigneshwar Sivakolundu, purchased a luxury duplex apartment in Chennai’s Poes Garden locality. The apartment is purchased at the project named Legacy and is located on the fourth and fifth floors.
The apartment has a super built-up area of 14,369 sq ft, while the undivided share of land measures 5,308 sq ft. Deal is done for Rs 31.5 crores.
