The Executive Centre leases 200,000 sq ft space
Flexible workspace provider The Executive Centre (TEC) has invested Rs 100 crore in the first half of 2023 to lease over 200,000 sq ft across 8 centers. The company intends to grow at a similar pace in the second half though getting quality space remains a challenge.
