UltraTech Cement eyes to buy stakes in RAKWCT
Cement sector major, UltraTech Cement, has offered to acquire a 31.6 percent stake in UAE-based RAK Cement Co for White Cement and Construction Materials PSC (RAKWCT). The firm's wholly-owned subsidiary UltraTech Cement Middle East Investments Ltd (UCMEIL) has proposed the stake purchase
The firm announced an investment of Rs 839.52 crore for a 29.39 percent stake purchase.
