Unitern bags real estate projects worth Rs 1,000 crore in Bengaluru
Real Estate Development Management Company, ArisUnitern RE Solutions (Unitern) has got the mandate to develop 5 real estate projects in Bengaluru, with a collective revenue potential of approximately Rs 1,000 crore.
Under the agreement, the firm will undertake a mix of plotted developments, residential apartments, and premium luxury villas across Bengaluru’s key micro markets, including Doddaballapur, Hoskote, Varthur, IVC Road, and Sahakar Nagar. Unitern would be managing the entire project lifecycle, from funding to sales, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
As per the firm, the projects are set to launch in Q1 FY 2025-26, and will be completed in 18-24 months.
