Vihang Group launches projects in Thane, eyes Rs 2,000 crore revenue
Real estate developer Vihang Group has launched 4 residential projects with a deliverable area of 5 million square feet and a revenue potential of Rs 2,000 crore. All the projects are coming up in various micro markets of Thane, which is part of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
The firm is investing Rs 850 crore via a mix of equity, bank loans, and customer advances. These upcoming projects are expected to be delivered by 2027.
