Vistaar Finance to be acquired by Warburg Pincus
Global private equity firm, Warburg Pincus is set to acquire a majority stake in NBFC Vistaar Finance. The existing shareholders would include WestBridge Capital, Elevar Equity, Omidyar Network India, and Saama Capital. As per the information, Kotak Investment Banking is the exclusive financial advisor for this Transaction. The amount for the deal is yet not disclosed.
