Wistron plans to set new factory in Karnataka
Taiwan-based Wistron Corporation has plans to construct a new factory line in Karnataka. The firm has approved an initial investment of USD 20 million for one of its subsidiaries for the project. This would support its upcoming laptop manufacturing plant in India.
The investment is approved in ICT Service Management Solutions (India) through SMS InfoComm (Singapore), both of which are subsidiaries of Wistron.
