1 lakh sq ft office space leased by Tablespace at Pune
Managed Workspace operator Tablespace has leased 1 lakh sq ft office space at Pune. The deal includes a rent-free period and a five-year lock-in period and the office will come up in Amar tech park, Balewadi Pune. This is the second large deal closed by Tablespace recently.
Earlier the firm has taken 4.58 lakh sq ft space in Whitefield as it looks to expand operations.
