Godrej Properties sells apartments worth Rs 2,000 crores in its Bengaluru project
Real estate developer Godrej Properties has sold 1,000 apartments in its residential project, Godrej Vanantara in Bengaluru. The sale amounts to Rs 2,000 crore in the project, which is spread over 36 acres and has an estimated revenue potential of Rs 3,700 crore.
The project has a total developable area potential of 3.53 million sq ft and was launched recently in the 1st week of June, 2026.
