2 Road contracts bagged by Ashoka Buildcon
Construction engineering company Ashoka Buildcon has bagged two important road contracts. One of the contracts is awarded by the Ministry of Road Transport and Bridges (MORTB), the government of Bangladesh worth USD 80.2 million. The firm has received a Notification of Award (NoA) for the improvement of Baraiyerhat – Heanko – Ramgarh Road. The scope of work involves road widening and reconstruction of existing pavements.
Another order is from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) under the Bharatmala Pariyojna in Telangana. The scope of work for this contract includes designing, engineering, building, financing, procurement, construction, development, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of the road. Ashoka Buildcon has received a provisional certificate for 37.92 km of the total project highway length of 39.980 km.
