Assotech joins hands with Atmosphere Core for Rs 200 crores project in Shirdi
Real estate firm Assotech Realty has joined hands with an international hospitality firm, Atmosphere Core. Under the partnership, Assotech Realty will invest Rs 200 crore in developing the project that will feature 160 suites measuring 45 square metres each in Shirdi.
Atmosphere Core will operate and manage Assotech’s upcoming all-suite property in Shirdi.
