3.28 lakh sq ft space leased by in Siddipet
Mahindra Group firm, Mahindra Logistics, has acquired a 3.28 lakh sq ft warehousing lease in Siddipet, Telangana. The lease was closed with Sri Aditya Industrial Logistics Park Private Limited, and an agreement for 60 months was signed. The firm would pay Rs 6.89 crore per month in rent.
