IHG Hotels signs new property in Madurai
Global hotel and resorts chain IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of a new property in Tamil Nadu's Madurai. The firm signed a management agreement with Chentoor Hotels Pvt Ltd for the development of Holiday Inn Express & Suites in the city.
The project is scheduled to open in early 2029 and will be developed with a focus on smart, flexible spaces and consistent comfort, making it an ideal fit for both business and leisure segments.
