3.3-acres land acquired by Merlin Group in Pune
Real estate developer Merlin Group has acquired a 3.26-acre land parcel in the Mundhwa locality near Koregaon Park. As per The Economic Times, the land is acquired in a deal worth Rs 273 crores.
The firm is looking to develop a commercial project on the land parcel with a total investment of over Rs 1,000 crore, including the land cost.
