1.35 lakh sq ft office space acquired by State Bank of India in Navi Mumbai
Leading public sector bank, State Bank of India (SBI), has taken up 135,000 lakh sq ft of office space in Mumbai. The acquired space is spread over 6 floors of the commercial tower Newa Bhakti Knowledge City in Navi Mumbai’s Airoli.
The space is leased for 5 years with a monthly rental outgo of approximately Rs 1.68 crores.
