Primus Senior Living and Brigade Group join hands to develop senior living communities across South India
Real estate developer Brigade Group has partnered with senior living solutions provider Primus Senior Living. The partnership is formed to develop 3 senior living communities across Bengaluru and other locations in South India.
These projects will be part of larger township projects, enabling access to shared social infrastructure and amenities. They are estimated to have a combined Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs. 750 crores.
