430 Acres land acquired by MMRDA in Thane
The Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development Authority (MMRDA) has acquired 430 acres of land in the Mogarpada area of the Thane district. This land is acquired to build the city’s largest integrated metro depot. It would support metro lines 4, 4A, 10, and 11.
Aim of the project is to improve urban mobility and reduce commute times.
