Warehousing solutions provider Welspun One has plans to lease out around over 10 million sq ft of warehousing and industrial space over the next 3 years. One of the major deals in this direction is the 5.9 lakh sq ft single-box facility for Amazon India, a controlled-environment facility of over 2 lakh sq ft built to the precise specifications of a leading medical equipment manufacturer.
The firm is looking to double its current operational footprint.
