98,000 sq ft office space leased by Tata AIA in Thane
Tata Group firm Tata AIA Life Insurance Company Limited has leased 98,671.09 sq ft of office space in Thane. The space is located at Centaurus in Hiranandani Estate on Ghodbunder Road and has been leased for over nine years and 11 months.
The company will pay a monthly rent of Rs 67.1 lakh, with a 5% annual escalation as per the agreement. The total rent for the lease period is expected to be Rs 91 crore.
