IT and tech-based solutions provider QuantumX Global has leased 2,727 sq ft of office space in Mumbai. The space is leased for 5 years from actor Hrithik Roshan on the 14th floor of the E-Wing at Lotus Corporate Park, Graham Firth Steel Compound, in Goregaon East.
The total rent for the lease period is Rs 4.84 crore, with a 5% annual escalation.
