Adani Group acquires land parcel in Mumbai for over Rs 170 crore
Multinational business firm, the Adani Group, has acquired a prime land parcel in Mumbai. Spread over 1.1 acres in South Mumbai’s ultra-luxury Carmichael Road, the land was purchased for over Rs 170 crore. The land currently houses an old residential cottage spread over 2,760 sq ft.
Mah-Hill Properties, a subsidiary of Adani Group, executed the deal.
