ADB signs USD 295 miilion loan pact with India for Bihar highways upgrade
Regional development bank Asian Development Bank (ADB) has signed a pact with the Indian government for USD 295 million. The loan is for upgrading around 265-kilometer state highways with climate and disaster-resilient design and road safety elements in Bihar.
ADB says the project supports the Bihar government program to upgrade all state highways to standard two-lane widths and improve road safety.
