Amber Enterprises to take majority stakes in Shogini Technoarts
Electronics manufacturer Amber Enterprises India Ltd has plans to acquire stakes in PCB maker Shogini Technoarts. The firm has entered into a definitive agreement with Pune-based Shogini Technoarts to purchase a majority stake in the company.
This agreement is signed by Amber's subsidiary IL JIN Electronics, under which the subsidiary will leverage Shogini's expertise in making printed circuit boards.
