Ascott Limited announces the signing of new hotel in Faridabad
The wholly owned subsidiary of CapitaLand Investment (CLI), The Ascott Limited (Ascott) has announced the signing of Citadines Faridabad's sector 21C, marking the first strategic partnership between Ascott and BBRS Hospitality Wellness LLP. As per the update the property is set to open in the 4th quarter of 2025.
The new hotel will offer a variety of guest rooms, food and beverage options, as well as meeting and banquet facilities. This partnership would expand Ascott’s portfolio in India to 19 properties, both operating and in the pipeline.
