Aspire Silicon City: NBCC auctions residential units worth over Rs 1467 crore in Noida
Government-owned NBCC (India) Ltd has announced the auction of 446 residential units at Aspire Silicon City, Noida for Rs 1467.93 crore. The amount would be used to repay bank loans and fund ongoing projects.
NBCC has generated Rs 9695.85 crore from the bulk sale of residential units through four auctions part of Amrapali projects.
