BEML plans to build new rolling stock plant in Umaria
Public sector undertaking BEML Limited (formerly Bharat Earth Movers Limited) has plans to develop a modern rolling stock plant in the village of Umaria, Raisen district of Madhya Pradesh. The Government of Madhya Pradesh has allocated 60 hectares of land for the project.
BEML would make an investment of USD 216 million in the project.
