Golden Growth to invests Rs 180 crore in real estate projects in Delhi
Golden Growth Fund (GGF) and Grovy India have invested Rs 180 crore in real estate projects in South Delhi. The GGF and Grovy India have invested in: Anand Niketan and Neeti Bagh project along with a Category A colony in South Delhi, is expected to come up in the next four months.
These projects are spread over an area of 70,000 sq. ft and have a sales potential of Rs 240 crore, capitalizing on the area's stable market and connectivity.
