Greater Mohali Development Authority floats tender worth Rs 50 crore
Greater Mohali Development Authority (GMDA) has floated tenders worth Rs 50 crore for the development of Eco City-2 (Ext) in New Chandigarh. Development encompasses 96 acres, incorporating residential, commercial, educational, and sporting facilities.
The authority has introduced 300 sq yard showrooms in Eco City-II that span 40 feet and 60 feet in width. As per the update, the project comprises 153 residential plots, including 135 one kanal and 18 two kanal parcels.
