Gstaad Hotels to sell JW Marriott Bengaluru
Bankrupt hospitality firm Gstaad Hotels is planning to raise Rs 1,300 crore from the sale of the JW Marriott Bengaluru. This sale represents one of the largest single-asset hotel monetizations in India to date.
More than 40 entities—ranging from corporate giants to private equity investors—expressed interest. This sale is part of Gstaad's efforts to navigate through bankruptcy.
