Hinduja Realty leases office space in Mumbai
Real estate firm Hinduja Realty Ventures has picked up office space spread over 3 floors in Tata Communications' commercial tower in Mumbai’s business district Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC). The firm has signed a long-term lease for a space spread over 50,000 sq ft on the first, second, and third floors of the tower, plus 27 car parking spaces and a monthly rental of Rs 115 million.
