HMEL to expand its Bhatinda refinery, investment worth Rs 2,600 crores on cards
Petrochemical firm HPCL Mittal Energy Limited (HMEL) has plans to expand operations at its Guru Gobind Singh Refinery in Bathinda. The firm will invest Rs 2,600 crore for setting up polypropylene downstream units and fine chemical projects.
