IHG Hotels & Resorts to launch new hotel in Guwahati
British multinational hospitality company IHG Hotels & Resorts announced the signing of a management agreement with the Yuvaan Developers for its new Holiday Inn Guwahati. The new-build 150-key hotel is scheduled to open in January 2028.
The property is strategically located along Azara Road and is easily accessible from the Guwahati Airport and the main city center. As per the firm, the property would offer modern and well-appointed guest rooms, Holiday Inn Guwahati will offer three dining options, including all-day dining, a bar, and a lobby lounge.
