Shapoorji Pallonji launches new residential project in Pune
Real estate developer Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE) has announced the launch of a new residential project in Pune. The project, Vyomora, is spread over 25 acres in Hinjawadi and comprises 720 apartments across five residential towers in phase 1.
Phase 1 will offer 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and 3 BHK duplex homes with a starting price of Rs 84.99 lakhs. It is located close to major technology campuses, including Infosys, Wipro, TCS, and HCL Technologies, and is expected to benefit from the under-construction Metro Line 3 (Hinjawadi–Civil Court), the proposed Ring Road, the Connecting Link Expressway, and the proposed Mumbai-Pune High-Speed Rail corridor.
