IHCL acquires stakes in ELEL Hotel and Investment for Rs 165 crore
Hospitality major Indian Hotels Company Ltd (IHCL) has acquired over 3.3 lakh equity shares through a rights issue in its wholly-owned arm ELEL Hotel and Investment Ltd for over Rs 165 crore.
This investment aims to develop the Taj Bandstand on the land parcel at Bandstand Bandra, for which ELEL Hotel holds the leasehold rights.
