IKEA to develop furniture retail store, office, hotel space in Noida
Swedish retail furniture major IKEA plans to develop office, retail, and hotel space behind Sector 51 & 52 metro stations by 2028. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath laid the foundation stone for the IKEA store in Noida through a virtual event from Lucknow. This project is a part of Ingka Centres' Lykli brand, involves a Rs 5,500 crore investment, and aims to create a multi-functional space with retail, dining, and workspaces.
Ingka Centres are part of the Ingka Group which includes IKEA Retail and Ingka Investments. The project will cover 47,833 sq. m, making it one of the largest retail developments in Delhi NCR.
