ITC plans to scale up cloud kitchen business
Indian conglomerate ITC has plans to scale up the cloud kitchen business and has been piloting it in Bengaluru. ITC which sells North Indian lunch and dinner and bakery products through food delivery apps, has rolled it out in Chennai with plans to venture into Mumbai, Delhi, and Kolkata.
The group runs 3 brands: ITC Aashirvaad Soul Creations for North Indian daily or comfort food, ITC Master Chef Creations for North Indian gourmet cuisines, and ITC Sunfeast Baked Creations for bakery products.It is evaluating adding breakfast and oriental cuisines and operates 19 cloud kitchens in Bengaluru and four in Chennai.
