JSW Enegry commissions country's largest green hydrogen plant in Vijayanagar
JSW Group firm, JSW Energy, has commissioned India's first green hydrogen manufacturing plant. Located at Vijayanagar, Karnataka, the project is part of the Production Linked Incentive Scheme, Tranche I of the government's National Green Hydrogen Mission (NGHM).
The project will supply green hydrogen to JSW Steel’s Direct Reduced Iron unit, enabling the production of low-carbon steel.
