Olive Hospitality signs MoU with Andhra Pradesh government to add 2,000 keys in the state
Real estate firm Embassy Group's hospitality arm, Olive Hospitality, has signed an MoU with the Andhra Pradesh Tourism Authority (APTA). The firm will develop approximately 2,000 branded hotel keys across the state as per the MoU.
Under the MoU, APTA will facilitate approvals and clearances, enable access to identified land parcels and tourism zones, and extend incentives under the Andhra Pradesh Tourism Policy. The key locations would be Visakhapatnam, Tirupati, Vijayawada, and Guntur. As per ET Hospitality World.com, the projects will take an investment of around Rs 500 crores.
