WSIB Invests Rs 230 crores in Hawelia Group's residential project in Greater Noida
The US-based pension fund, the Washington State Investment Board (WSIB), has invested Rs 230 crores in real estate developer Hawelia Group's real estate project in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This investment will revive the stalled project named Shree Radha Sky Garden.
Spread over 22 acres, the project comprises 2.000 homes and has a development potential of 2.4 million sq. ft. of residential space. This is WSIB's first investment in a stalled project.
