AstraZeneca India plans to sell 64 acres land in Bengaluru
Bengaluru-based biopharmaceutical firm AstraZeneca India is looking to sell around 64 acres of land in Bengaluru. The land comprises a manufacturing facility, which is expected to generate Rs 3,400 crores through sales for the firm.
So far, Sattva Group, Aurobindo Pharma, and RMZ have shown interest in the deal. This comes as the firm is looking to sell it as part of a broader land monetisation strategy.
