Maritime Summit: MoU worth Rs 9,000 crore signed by Chennai Port
The second-largest container port in India Chennai Port signed memoranda of understanding (MoUs) with several companies as a part of the 3rd edition of the ‘Global Maritime India Summit 2023.
The MoUs are worth Rs 9,000 crore. Defense Research Development Organisation, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited, POSCO India Chennai Steel, CoromandelInternational Limited, Elite Shipping Agencies India Pvt Ltd, and IPRCL are among the companies with which MoUs have been signed.
