MHADA auctions plots worth over Rs 192 crore in Mumbai
Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) has received over Rs 192.3 crore through an auction of land parcels totaling 4.75 acres in various locations across Mumbai. Bidders for the land were:
Medanta Hospital of Global Health Ltd. emerged as the highest bidder, for over 2.19 acres of land parcels in the Oshiwara locality of the western suburb of Andheri with an offer of Rs 125 crores.
Pragat Shikshan Sanstha acquired a nearly half an acre plot in Malad's Malvani area for Rs 11 crores.
Navchetana Charitable Trust secured a 0.74-acre plot in Vikhroli's Kannamwar Nagar, reserved for a women's polytechnic institution, with a bid of Rs 18.05 crores.
Radhikabai Meghe Women's Education Institute won a 0.83-acre educational plot in Tagore Nagar, Vikhroli, with a bid of Rs. 26 crores
Further, in Tagore Nagar, Hariyali, another half an acre plot fetched the highest bid of Rs 12.21 crores.
