NBCC to launch residential township in Kashmir
Public sector undertaking, National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC) has plans to set up a new satellite township in Srinagar. The firm will develop the greenfield township that would be spread across 406 acres with an investment of Rs 15,000 crore over the next five years.
As per NBCC project will offer residential plots, luxury villas, commercial spaces, and a five-star resort. NBCC has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Srinagar Development Authority to implement the project.
