New residential complex planned by Suguna Builders & Developers at Bengaluru
Real estate firm Suguna Builders & Developers has plans to develop a residential complex spread over 8.02 acres of land. Located at Haligevaderahalli in the Bangalore district the project would be named 'Suguna Pristine Square'. The proposed project comprises four wings involving wing A with a B+G+9 story apartment, wing B with a G+1 floor in addition to the clubhouse, wing C with a G+9 story apartment, and wing D with B+G+9 floor in addition to various modern amenities.
The project has received environmental clearance and the firm expects to complete the project by Q4/FY24.
