Karamtara Engineering bags orders worth Rs 1,199 crore
Mumbai-based manufacturer and exporter of power transmission and renewable energy infrastructure, Karamtara Engineering Ltd has bagged new orders worth Rs 1,199 crore.
In a regulatory filing, the firm said that these orders are spread across sectors like power transmission infrastructure (towers, fasteners, hardware) and renewable energy systems (solar mounting structures, wind components).
The firm didn't disclose a segment-wise commercial breakdown of the order, but it is expected that the orders will be for the supply of transmission line lattice towers, overhead transmission line hardware fittings, angular/tubular wind towers, and heavy-duty structural fasteners, solar olar module mounting structures (MMS), solar tracker components (torque tubes, tracker piles, and piers) for large-scale utility solar PV installations, among other things.
