Office Space For Genpact To Be Developed By Ramky Estates
Real estate developer Ramky Estates and IT firm Genpact have entered into a joint venture to develop 14.37 acres of land situated at Uppal, Hyderabad. Under the agreement, Ramky Estates would develop Grade A offices for Genpact to expand its look at expanding its operations and IT footprint and to cater to its growing business needs. The developer would build  20 lakh sq feet of Grade A IT/ ITES office space and 9 lakh sq feet of residential space at the location over 5 years.
