Office Space Leased By BCG And McKinsey In Mumbai
Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and McKinsey have leased space in Mumbai. BCG has picked up nearly 100,000 square feet of office space at the Maker Maxity complex. The firm has leased office space on the ground floor, sixth floor, and ninth floor in Maker Maxity’s North Avenue 2 for a total of 10 years, with a lock-in period of 6 years.
McKinsey & Company has taken 45,000 square feet of office space at the 20-acre premium property. According to the transaction, McKinsey is leasing the office for 5 years, for a total rental fee of nearly Rs 100 crore.
