Over 13 acres land acquired by County Group in Ghaziabad
Real estate developer County Group has acquired 13.3 acres of land in Wave City NH24 in Ghaziabad for around Rs 400 crore. The plan is to develop 1,000 residential units on the acquired land. As per the developer, Wave City NH24 is a growing residential hub with good connectivity, and the area will benefit from the upcoming Jewar International Airport.
