Starlit Medical Centre to be acquired by Max Healthcare, deal values Rs 940 crore
Starlit Medical Centre Pvt Ltd is set to be acquired by Max Healthcare Institute Ltd for a deal worth Rs 940 crore. With this Max Healthcare would get the ownership of 550-bedded Sahara Hospital in Lucknow.
As per information Max Healthcare company has executed a binding share purchase agreement (SPA) for the acquisition of a 100 percent stake in Starlit Medical Centre Pvt Ltd, which had entered into a business transfer agreement with Sahara India Medical Institute Ltd.
